Dutch documentary makes a case for lowering the age of consent

The Dutch documentary "Are All Men Pedophiles?" argues that there is a difference between pedophilia and hebophilia. Pedophilia is attraction to 0-12 year-olds, hebophilia is attraction to 12-16 year-olds.
