Should I dye my eyebrows? I can't tell if they need to go darker or if theyre thick enough

Yes absolutely
You can always use brow pencils for an immediate temporary fix, but if you want to actually grow the hair there and have permanent result, you need to apply 5% minoxidil on them twice a day.
