Dying hair blonde

I have dark(not very dark) brown hair and I try to get coloring like Vasiliy Stepanov have. He also use to have dark brown hair but somehow he managed to dye them blonde and it looks very good and natural. I don't know really about dying hair and I wanted to ask you guys how I can have similar results? Since usually when people dye hair it looks clear and unnatural.

dont use cheap shitty dye and get it done professionally

It's stupid. Keep it natural. Avoid toxic food coloring dyes in your hair bro. It will accelerate the graying of your hair.

yep I def won't do it myself, but theres definitely more than just dying them like bleaching etc?

Then why it turned out so well Vasiliy Stepanov? Ofc I wont just buy dye and randomly start dying my brown hair to blonde at home. Its quite a long process that takes months chemical bleaching etc

ye bro I like dark hair too, but I feel like for my coloring(tanned skin, green eyes) blonde hair may suit better.

Yea bro but I need advice. There is unfortunately no guide on how to go from brown to blonde. Its not that simple that I just dye.
