Dysport for Nose Slimming?

Went to a med spa today for a botox consultation and the nurse suggested Dysport instead of Botox, and quoted at $180 USD.

This includes a tip lift, nostril injections and injections under the dorsum to reduce bulbousness.

The nurse said Dysport is pretty much better in every way and that Botox is only used more because of marketing. She also seemed kinda sus because she bragged about how she does "off label" injections and has injected guys nutsacks with botox to reduce sweating.
