People here are blackpilled on forward growth, but most users don’t seem to fully grasp the esthetic plane (aka Rickett’s plane)
It’s very simple. It explains the ideal position of the lips in relation to the nose and the chin.
If a line is drawn from the tip of the nose from the tip of the chin, the lips should stay behind this line, the lower lip 2mm behind and the upper lip 4mm.
The E-plane is arguably more important than forward growth.

Europeans have less prominent teeth, more prominent noses and more prominent chins.
