E2 depression difference at opposite sides of spectrum?

Does having really high E2 depression feel different from very low? I feel like I've spiked my E2 and way overdosed on aromasin, and have been in normal reference range but idk if it's completely unrelated to my hormones or they're the same type of depression

i've been at both sides of the spectrum is my point. poor wording
