Ear falio

Bro I think I have legit have the some of the rarest falios oat. I'm not recessed at all, but have big ears which protrude, lower lip crease, upper eyelid exposure, and low dimo. This combination of falios keep me out of mtn; I should be mtn after ear surgery tho but idk I got some weird falios. Does anyone relate to this or no?

yeah i got some weird falios; would rather have big protruding ears then a big nose tho.
