So basically I was doing research about GH and found out that a ton of GH release was when you are sleeping. Now I did some research about when was the max amount released and it was about 1 hour into the sleep/the deepest sleep. But I have some questions. Does it matter when you sleep? Will there be a difference if I sleep at 10 pm vs 1 am? Is there a specific time where my body makes the most GH? I also have another question/theory. Let’s say the time you sleep doesn’t matter a lot (unless you sleep at 5 am) if I go into deep sleep, wake up after the first big hit of GH, and then go to sleep again, will I have another big hit of GH when I fall into deep sleep?
