Early morning runs are the best!!

so peaceful and quiet. Streets are empty and the weather is always nice.
Makes me feel so calm and relaxed afterwards. Also good to see face has lost some morning bloat. Pic unrelated

little to no traffic, you can hear the birds chirping and the soft wind brush against the grass & leaves, the air is warm but the breeze acts like a fan to your body, and the sunlight touches your skin. you feel alive and fit ready for the rest of the day
