Water debloats you, among with dozens of other health benefits.
The rule of thumb is simple, make sure your piss isnt too yellow, isnt too clear, and is just light yellow. If you start entering light green territory, this is ideal due to the massive debloat it does.
Ive read some people drink 4 litres of water on here. This is just plain stupidity, or you do intensive work daily. Drinking too much water will just make you uncomfortable and suffer, and in the long run damage kidneys. So dont abuse water like anything else.:lul::lul::lul:
