Medium effort thread, not gonna post sources or anything so dyor if you dont believe me about these.
I also have a few questions and would be very grateful if someone could answer them.
Alright, so collagen maxxing, pretty important yadda yadda you already know it.
1st is water, literally. 3 liters daily minimum
2. Is also water, tretinoin cream. Start at the lowest dose 2x a week and work your way up to 0.05% (or use accutane thats what im doing). Ill also jnculde sunscreen here, 30 spf if you never go out in the sun like me or 50spf pa++++ if you do
3. Is also water, cut out bs sugars since they lead to the break down of collagen. If you have a sweet tooth just eat some berries.
4. If youre done with puberty, then hop on skme sort of dht inhibitor. Dht ruins collagen and causes acne+other shit
5.750mg of liposomal vitamin c daily, 50mg zinc daily, 400mg magnesium glycinate daily, 4 grams of msm daily
6. Diet high in animal based foods like eggs, beef, chicken etc.
7 Take your carrotenoids. Astaxanthin and b carrotene have been shown to increase collagen and protect skin from free radicals.
8. Eat antioxidant rich foods like berries, kiwis, dark choc.
9 Supplement with some sort of collagen, like collagen peptides or bone broth/ chicken or pig skin
My question is would it be better to take collagen peptides (high quality) or to drink 3-4 cups of homemade high quality beef/chicken broth and chicken skin?
