Medium effort thread, not gonna post sources or anything so dyor if you dont believe me about these.

I also have a few questions and would be very grateful if someone could answer them.

Alright, so collagen maxxing, pretty important yadda yadda you already know it.

1st is water, literally. 3 liters daily minimum
2. Is also water, tretinoin cream. Start at the lowest dose 2x a week and work your way up to 0.05% (or use accutane thats what im doing). Ill also jnculde sunscreen here, 30 spf if you never go out in the sun like me or 50spf pa++++ if you do
3. Is also water, cut out bs sugars since they lead to the break down of collagen. If you have a sweet tooth just eat some berries.

4. If youre done with puberty, then hop on skme sort of dht inhibitor. Dht ruins collagen and causes acne+other shit
5.750mg of liposomal vitamin c daily, 50mg zinc daily, 400mg magnesium glycinate daily, 4 grams of msm daily
6. Diet high in animal based foods like eggs, beef, chicken etc.
7 Take your carrotenoids. Astaxanthin and b carrotene have been shown to increase collagen and protect skin from free radicals.
8. Eat antioxidant rich foods like berries, kiwis, dark choc.
9 Supplement with some sort of collagen, like collagen peptides or bone broth/ chicken or pig skin

My question is would it be better to take collagen peptides (high quality) or to drink 3-4 cups of homemade high quality beef/chicken broth and chicken skin?

The body can assimilate Collagen-1 by breaking it down into peptides in the gut ,while also producing it's own.

Chicken bones are really easy to eat and have good amounts of type 1 Collagen,for fried chicken it's insanely easy to eat the bones.

As OP mentioned same applies for skin and any connective tissue.

Still don't see appeal of high collagen except for Bone Mineral Density(doesn't correlate to height and mostly useless) and Skin,maybe OP can enlighten me.

No clue tbh, do these things first then try that weird shit

microneedle (can higher collagen by 400%)
use tret/accutane (one cycle of accutane after that maintain with tret)
also, ghkcu could be a option
block dht when you get older

Supplement with some sort of collagen
iam sowy but taking collagen to collagenmax is cope and doesnt work

Hydrolized collagen+beef gelatin/broth definitely works, theres also some scientific proof.

Im on accutane rn so when i stop i should continue with tret? Or can i use adapalene instead since its 100x easier to find?

goes typically lasts 4-6 months

depends on how bad your acne is i think but idk

for how long have you been taking accutane and is your skin already clear ?

1 month only:lul: and no its not clear, i got a few cysts nothing too bad the only problem are the pie scars

No it increases tightness, moisturisation etc. plus im taking 10grams hydrolised daily+beef broth

would you still microneedle on accutane? I have mixed thoughts on this as accutane can possible increase scarring when mixed with other skin treatments

Good thread , you should add dermarolling , tret and red light . These are proven and backed up by studies, some people who call it cope are just lazycels

More collagen=more elasticity=you can gain height with stretching especially on the spine (not permanent but could reserve itself for 24-72 hours) and glucosamine supllement will increase your height even more than usual

You can gain up to 4-5 cm with glucosamine and daily stretching routine and also preserve morning height
