Gymmaxxing is easily one of the best softmaxxes, especially if you have shitty physique genetics. As a teenager, you naturally have the most optimal hormonal levels to build muscle. Get in the gym NOW so you won't regret it in your later teen years and especially your 20s when the club scene opens up for you.
Gymmaxxing will allow u to hide ur shit bones pretty well with muscle and can turn into a halo. Unless you have extremely narrow clavicles or some other death tier genetic failo.
Very simple, run FBEOD (full body every other day). Train with intensity. You need to hit muscle group. 4-6 reps, 1 set, and 0-2 RIR (reps in reserve).
If you're a beginner I suggest just going to 0 RIR because it'll be hard for you to gauge your maximum perception of effort and it will be hard to tell if you have 2 reps in the tank. Practice a bit with failure first before moving to 1-2 RIR.
In general though, if you are able to manage it, 2 RIR will be better for fatigue management and you will basically make the same amount of gains with more room for progressive overload. Going to absolute failure is just low IQ if you're able not to and you will fatigue yourself for 0 extra reward.
You NEED to buy wrist straps for back exercises, RDLs and etc. Your forearms will give out before ur back does. You are severely limiting gains if you don't use them. Gymreaper sells good ones. I also suggest getting a gympin of some sort too so you can microload. Microloading is one of the best ways to progressively overload, especially if you've plateaud on a certain lift.
Please do not skip forearms and abs. You will regret it. Train your neck as well. It helps masculinize you much more especially if your a pencil-necked faggot.
Diet and sleep is mostly what's going to determine if you have good gains in the gym.
You need to get 9+ hours of sleep daily. Non-negotiable. Abuse melatonin if you need but you will probably feel lethargic throughout the day so I suggest just trying to fall asleep naturally.
Diet is very simple. Eat 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. So, if you're 150lbs, eat 150g of protein. You should eat mostly animal based products. Raw liver, raw muscle meat, raw brain...these are all packed to the brim with nutrients. They will make you feel good in general as well so that's a nice added benefit. Drink raw milk too and eat lots of eggs.
I suggest carbing up before workouts with fast acting carb sources. Rice krispies or any other cereal bar mog for this. Don't take pre workout or drink energy drinks. That shit is toxic poison and will make u fucking infertile
Lastly, stay consistent. If you're not following this schedule down to a science...just kys.
