Why would your parents have a problem with you working? Anyways when I was 16 working at fast food places/retail I don’t think they needed authorization from my parents. So maybe you can find a place like that close enough to walk to. There’s also odd jobs on Craigslist, or maybe you can find a landscaping/construction company that will let you help out and pay you under the table.
