Easy method to getting hella h0es in school

All you dumbasses think you need to be hhtn or cl+ to get girls, atleast in high school thats not the case. Even if youre in ltn mtn range you can still get h0es and atleast fuck so you dont feel like an incel. When I was in sophomore yr I deadass talked to 0 girls, felt like a loser, but did all the shit Im telling you over the course of the past two yrs, and Im now sitting at 6 bodies lmao

1 - General shit; not a lot at all, pretty minimal. Hair, skin, teeth, and body mainly. If youre suffering from terrible acne, severe hairloss, then highly recommend you go to a derm. Otherwise, for most people, all you need for good skin is a moisturizer daily + cleanser every two-three days, sunscreen too, but only if youre spending a lot of time out in the sun (not for just spending 8 hrs in school all day. For hair, shampoo + conditioner, shampooing 1x or 2x a week.

Obv find a hairstyle that suits your face. Just dont look like a nerd and check out the people at your school and see the cuts they have, most will have mid length and some might have a flow cut, these are the best (but your hair needs to be good (not greasy and dirty)

Shave your face tbh, youll prob look better without facial hair. Apply vaseline or aquaphor to your lips if they are dry/chapped. Take care of your eyebrows with a blade to shape your eyes better and avoid a unibrow.

Teeth are hella important. Brush with an electric toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste 2x a day, floss at night everyday, scrape your tongue with a tongue scraper or a toothbrush, oil pull, avoid excess sugary drinks, chips, etc etc. Get invisalign or braces to get straight teeth, and use teeth whitening strips for white teeth, or consult with your dentist about a procedure.

Dont become a gymbro I have not seen one pretty girl obsess if youre big or can lift a lot, its much better and more appealing to be lean and athletic. Obv if youre skinny go on a bulk (this was the case for me, in soph yr I was 5’10 120, all I did everyday to gain weight was drink a bulking shake before my breakfast (2x bananas, peanut butter, oats, milk, protein powder; +800 cals)). On the flipside if youre obese, go on a cal deficit. Work out in the gym for the fastest results (dont do calisthenics it will take way longer), look online for a beginner split or ask your friends who workout for advice.

Once youve made progress start doing a sport to become more athletic. Best sport imo to pickup is basketball; its a fun sport thats also attractive. Pickleball is also hella popular rn so that might also be good to do.

2. Softmaxxing: Yeah so tbh I dont know a lot about this, but Ill tell you what I did. I used minoxidil + rosemary oil on my eyebrows and trimmed them to make them shape my eyes better. I used volufiline under my eyes for my eye bags (but mainly I drank a lot more water and slept more which was more useful). Also did squintmaxxing, tbh I did see a difference but its not super crazy. However, I do curl my lashes and use a small amount of mascara to this day, trust me it can make your eyes look better esp if you have long lashes. Thats it, really all I did.

3. Hygienemaxxing: Hygiene to me includes being clean + smelling good.

Very simple, first thing to do is shower everyday. Liquid soap is better ig but me personally I still use bar soap and it works good for me. Shower every morning before school (it feels good af going to school after shitting + showering in the morning). Use a silicone scrubber (I use tooletries) on your body everyday or everyother day to exfoliate. Shower every part of your body, dont skip shit, clean your ass, balls, pits, legs, feet, arms, side/back of neck, and back/chest everyday. Cleanse your face as well.

Like I said shampoo 1x or 2x a week, dont do it everyday tho or else your hairs gonna be cooked. I personally like using a scalp massager every few days as well, feels good on my head.

Make sure to shave your armpit and ball hair and any other excess hair around your genitals frequently, cuz you dont want it to trap all that sweat and cause odor.

Once your out, moisturize your face and body (me personally I don’t moisturize my whole body but you can if you want), apply deodorant (use aluminum free; Ram & Hammer, Old Spice), and cologne (use a basic one like Nautica Voyage). Dont wear the same clothes too often, dont be nasty and reuse socks or underwear, and you should smell good for the day.

Oh and carry around a pack of gum or mints for your breath, but it shouldnt smell bad if you follow proper oral hygiene. Use TheraBreath every night before sleeping or do oil pulling to eliminate all the bad bacteria.

4. Appealmaxxing: Most of what I said above is part of appealmaxxing (working out, white teeth, long healthy hair, light mascara usage, getting good skin/lips, etc). Next thing you wanna do is dress good; this is pretty important bc you dont want to look homeless reusing the same clothes or wear stupid shit like polos, tight ass jeans, unc shoes, stuff like that

- Fashionmaxxing: Oversized tops + baggy bottoms are in style and trending for teens so make sure to dress like that. Heres the ideal closet:
- 3 plain white oversized tshirts, 2 plain black and grey oversized, 1 or 2 plain of another color of your choice
- 8-10 oversized/boxy graphic tees
- 3-4 hoodies/sweatshirts (ideally you want to get more during the fall/winter szn; make sure at least one is a good zip up)
- 5 baggy pants (jeans are the best; 1x black, 1x light wash, 1x normal, 1x your choice jeans, 1x wide fit sweatpants (uniqlo is undefeated for ts) Obv if you dont like or cant afford jeans you can always go for cargos but they are a little worse imo.
- 2 jorts (1x light wash, 1x your choice)
- jerseys or other outerwear, etc (imo jerseys are the best you can wear them on top of your plain whites)
- shoes: 1x white af1s and 1x sambas; if you got money then cop some jordans or dunks
- accessories: 2 silver chains (one plain and other designed, can be as simple as a cross necklace), and if you want, a bracelet or rings

Important: Dont buy shit clothes for $10 off temu or shein or sum shi like that, shit from there smells weird, is trash quality, and can give you rashes and irritate your skin.
