If it was that simple, everyone would do it. Getting a credit card with low/no balance is the least worry. 99% of bitcoin websites will make you go through verification, even taking selfies just so you can buy BTC.
BTC is the hardest thing to buy with stolen info, people usually go for physical products as there are a lot of vulnerable sites, even the big ones like Nike work.
