This is for me mostly but I thought I’d share a plan. You can add ur own tweaks, but I think it’s a pretty good daily schedule.
Being “locked in” and having a solid schedule really does make you feel good. If you’re on your ass all day doing nothing you will feel like shit simple as.
6:00-7:00 AM
Do your morning routine. Eat a filling breakfast. Watch some TikTok, do ur streaks etc. Whatever you need to do.
7:00-9:00 AM
Now you should go and walk to the gym. Do your workout. Pretty simple.
This is really important so read. Before you go out make sure to do ur frauding. Brush your lips, apply lip plumper, curl lashes, make sure u have shoe lifts in, it’s 2025 if you’re not frauding you’re just holding yourself back and doing yourself a massive disservice.

9:00-11:00 AM
Practice a sport. Simple as. Just practice it for 2 hours and you will get better at it.
Getting better at sports will help you ascend socially much more than you would without sports. It’s kinda non-NT to not play any. Sportsmaxxing is literally such a fundamental socialmaxx. I don’t understand how it isn’t discussed more on this forum.
11:00 AM-8:30 PM
Do whatever you want. Hangout with friends. It’ll probably be pretty boring without a girl to work towards this summer so i’d recommend getting into a talking stage with a girl. Especially one you’ve talked to before. Will give you lots of dopamine. It’s always fun to do that in the summer.
8:30 PM-9:00 PM
Wind down for sleepy time nigga. Pop some melatonin or just put the phone down. Whatever works. Try to be asleep by 9:00.
Side notes:
Should be pretty obvious but make sure your diet is locked in. Eat filling whole meals for every meal of the day. Don’t cheat because you’ll just feel shit after and it isn’t worth it, unless your with friends or something then it’s probably fine.
