If you have access to peptides or aren't afraid of needles, I would run Ipamorelin+CJC-1295(with DAC) instead of Mk-677. Better overall results, fewer side effects & better tolerability.

12 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

Don't do IGF-1 DES, too short of half life. IGF1-LR3 is better, once a day injection. Also, you shouldn't run IGF-1 long term though, its meant to be ran for like 4 weeks at at time. I would recommend using peptides like ipamorelin/cjc instead because it mimics actual GH pulses and you can run for longer periods of times without suppressing natural gh production or getting sides / desensitized.

PS. I ran igf1-lr3 and mk-677 at 19 and grew an inch taller LOL.

face gains are always gonna be a shot in the dark. the best you can do is run a giga bone stack, increase igf-1 as much as possible, and run test/androgens in hopes of masculine craniofacial development

I really dont want to lose the ability to run, and i mean sprint.

test is better bc it converts to dht and binds/agonizes androgen receptors across ur entire body more effectively as its our naturally produced androgenic hormone
