Measure the distance between your brows and upper lip with 2 of your fingers

Measure how much of those fit within your face width by putting the gap between those 2 fingers in between your face width

Me personally my fwhr is like 2.17 or something

Ah makes sense, you probablt need mse then, you may also have high set eyebrows or or a long Philtrum

nah my eyebrows are quite low set and my philtrum is normal, i dont think mse is viable tbh idk

i did it properly cuz before i just pressed the rule up against my philtrum and estimated, but this time i used my finger to guide the distance from zygo (widest point) to nose, from one side then the next, then measured the distanc between the nose from b4 and then divided by the height, unless im still doing it wrong lel
