I am eating like 2.5 oz (5 per day total) per meal alongside actual meat while bulking is this ok

Yeah 2.5 oz is barely anything you'll be fine.

You'll be at risk for copper toxicity (and vit a and iron excess).

2oz of beef liver = 8mg of copper.

Actually, yeah, the effects of chronic exposure to amounts above the current RDA aren't well observed, currently.

To answer your question, it should probably be ok but proceed with a level of caution.

Edit: The upper limit seems to be set at 10mg for adults.

I think copper toxicity wouldn't start developing until multiple years of eating a lot of liter daily, Frank Tufano ate multiple pounds of beef every day and it took over 8 years for his iron toxicity to get bad.

why not just eat it once per week

Just get fat theory
6 1 135lb. I could benefit from gym celling because I am not Manlet and have decent frame. And I am eating clean low sodium and my surplus is not massive

gymcelling is not the same as bulking (aka gettinf fat)

eating surpluss, ALSO means adding fat.
while. face > body. And for face, low bf% is ESSENTIAL
I agree, but I need more muscle so I am willing to take a short term hit for long term benefits. I wont bulk to the point I am fat (155 max). I juist need more muscle so that I can cut down to lower bf eventually as I do not have much lean mass rn.

asif becoming low bodyfate percentage is so easy and not taking a long time.
most people that bulk, NEVER manage to bevome low bodyfat percentage

Its easy af for me, I used to weight like 145 2 months back

irrelevant info.
it's ALL aboiut bodyfat percentage. NOT about weight
I saw some abs for the first time when I cut down, ribcage became more visible, and lost fat from butt area and face became a little leaner so my bf went down. I'd rather try to increase lean muscle mass though so I can cut down harder next time and get more definition. Cutting is super easy for me, I dont see what is wrong with a lean bulk (200-300 kcal surplus) for a few months to build some mass. Being 6 1 128 or something if I where to try to cut to lower bf without building more lean mass would look a lot worse than me at 148 after building more lean mass. Ive bulked before and put on a lot of mass (had to quit lifting and exercising for a while because I broke my arm being autistic)

So how can I add lean muscle and gain weight without increasing my BF%?
I’m literally on the edge of my healthy BMI range

I’m in puberty, so I can’t cut calories.
