You always talk about stuff like xenoesteogens and foods that mess with hormones and how you cant be eating chicken defrosted in plastic but then you go and eat cinnamon toast crunch and wendy’s and junk food, you gotta get off that stuff son its terrible

it fits my sugar intake, this is all the sugar ima eat today, and food intake doesn't affect your hormones as much because it goes into your liver compared to xenoestrogens in the air and hygiene products that get directly absorbed

Sugar is fine, but just like most things you cant have too much or its harmful. Just one cup of cinnamon toast crunch with milk has like 40 to 50 carbs. Thats too many sugary carbs at once its not good for you, it messes with your blood sugar, leads to insulin resistance, and the plummet in your blood sugar from all those carbs will just make you tired and hungry again anyways. Its not like eating some cereal is gonna give you diabetes but all this shit thats heavy in simple carbs like cereal, fast food, junk food, its all going to add up
