Not talking about will power or shit like that, it's just that after like 1500 Calories you can't eat anymore because of how filling these foods are

If I eat 1500 calories of pure protein and other macros, is it better for growth than 2500 of shit food?

if you trying to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time it ofc will be hard just focus on one thing at a time otherwise you risk spinning wheels

also if youre not lean excess calories are more likely to be turned to fat than if you were lean in which youd gain more muscle on average

if ur skinnyfat go 3 months of cut then bulk clean, if youre fat go more until you get lower than 15% bf
