I got into the habit of eating once a day

I eat one healthy meal a day up until the weekend and binge on zebra cakes cause I'm starving. Mean while

What a meme nigga I'm just gonna eat 3 nutritious meals a day with one pizza cheat day cause this is suicide tier way of living

No dont do that.

No shortcuts you need to be lean by fasting, you cant rely on drugs to keep you Chaddy all your life

You need to adapt your brain to being comfortable with being hungry until it becomes normal

The reason people are fat as fuck is because stuffing their face has become their " normal " way of eating if you want to consitently be lean enough to eye fucked you must stay disciplined and determined, once you get to where you need is to easier to maintain

are you doing this because ur a fat fuck, or normal BMI skinnyfat? if its the latter, do not restrict so hard, eat at maintenance or lower, do cardio and work out everyday
also you might have anterior pelvic tilt which may make you perceive yourself fatter than you really are due to weak lower abs, thus protruding stomach

Skinny fat you should be working out instead of just leaning you primary look fat due to lack of muscles that others naturally have if you fill your body out with muscles you’ll be a much more normal weight than you thought, as of now you’re just losing muscle/fat together which will make you have to workout anyways if you want to look normal/non Jewish Holocaust patient.

somewhat true but he's losing more fat than muscle as of right now. people tend to overestimate the amount of muscle lost during fasting. most weight loss is indeed fat

probably don't lose any fat cause i binge and eat it all back

steep calorie defecits then i binge

i think the only way I'll ever lose weight is through moderate defecit and working out +cardio
