the more u try to eat "healthy" the harder it is

for example some retard starve himself then he sees a cookie and cant help but eat it and then eat more

just use intuition and itll serve u best, trying to weasal around intuition cuz of limiting beliefs like "i cant eat carb" " i cant eat calorie" "i cant eat meat" etc make it very hard

zero protein diet is sort of unintuitive but its easier than fasting , like as long as i have energy then i can choose consciously rather than eat slop out of implulse

I feel like you're baiting me into give you more information. lol

But I know they've done correlation studies on longevity to quantify the impact of different foods. And I'm pretty sure seed oils weren't at the top of the list in terms of negative impact, it was like processed foods and red meat.

But avoiding seed oils is good.

My theory is switching to a mostly plant based diet later in life should reverse arterial plaque, and it does, but we don't know if it reverses all of it. But I feel like it reverses all of it.

well that's only generated when you cook it with another form of oil or butter.

i wish i could eat 36 eggs a day, a gallon of milk and 2 pounds of beef a day, as my perfect diet, but i am not rich, so i cannot afford it.
