Would eating huge amounts of rice (or really any food) be beneficial for IGF1 levels because of the insulin spike? Was looking at rice specifically and it's crazy high glycemic index, low fat/fiber so no slowed insulin response. Especially if you eat it right after a workout when your GH levels are spiked (helps your liver produce IGF1). Is this worth it at all or just cope?
