As long as you're low body fat, it shouldn't matter what you eat as long as you're getting your basic micronutrient and protein intake. If you're stressing about whether to drink Coca-Cola or eat chocolate chips, then it's pointless. Chad can eat total garbage and still look and feel great. It's just ridiculous when I see people on here who look terrible facially, advocating for eating strictly healthy and abstaining from junk altogether. Eating only red meat, beef liver, and vegetables isn't going to make you look eugenic to women or make you "feel better". It's genetics first and foremost.
