i eat slop all the time rn, im basically taking an ultra break from dieting (mainly cause of money issues, but also I've been dieting strictly for over 7 months nonstop so I'm kinda enjoying myself here)

ive never shoplifted in my entire life it feels too risky and I'm way too ND so if i got caught I'd just panic and probably kill myself

not as complex as you'd think. cameras are mainly a deterrent. Unless you're in a high end store, theres not usually someone sitting in cams like FNAF watching you.

I literally just go in, put whatever I need in my bag (or undies )hide it behind books or wtv else and walk out. those security beeper things you also see are deterrents and only work on specialised items which typically have a label on them.
