While edging you are chronically kegeling which will overly tighten your pelvic floor muscles and cause them to tense up when you get sexually aroused. This can lead to premature ejaculation and busting a nut faster since you pelvic muscles are so tight. Doing reverse kegels is better since you relax the pelvic floor muscles and can last longer.
