educate me on this girl experience

me myself, a 16 year old 5'11 mmtn, with a supposed htn side which i was rated at by a couple of people.. and scored 6.87 harmony on faceiq lab side AND I HAVE A GF SO THIS SITUATION IS weird and i need advice.
i was walking to class as i passed this one girl i knew since around 2-3 years ago, we had a flirt at that point but it ended when she told me that she liked me and i was too scared to respond and i said i dont like anyone.. anyway fastforward to now, achknowledgement is there ofcourse, subtle glances here and there but today it was way more intimate, we was walking past eachother and had held eye contact for a solid 4-5 seconds, now i wasnt sure if she was judging my facial thirds, possibly a clear disgust at my slightly recessed chin, or my mediocre skin due to acne, but it was an intense eye contact, and i had asked her if she was alright which she would respond ''yeah'' and she would smile and blush and look down, then we would go our seperate ways.. there was no previous intimacy like this before.. am i an idiot or am i just getting mixed signals? should i ignore it since i have a beautiful girlfriend??? i dont know help me

Nah, but in all seriousness. \if what you claim is true and you are an mmtn with a htn side, then there is a really high chance that this girl is interested in you. also you said she was interested in you in the past, then that is even more reason that she likes you. If she is hotter than your girlfriend, then you should try her out.
