Effect of bf% on getting surgery?

So my point is look at this nigga:

My point visually is imagine the chin bone and all the fat. What am i trying to say: Well if your 28% bf then the surgeon doesnt need to advance ur chin 1cm to get a good result, whereas if the same dude was 10% the surgeon would need to advance 1 cm for example to get the same results.

So theoretically you need to stay the same bf% post surgery so that everything stays the same.
But I imagine thats kinda stupid since, unless you are over -or underweight, your face fat % shouldnt change that much and we are talking about millimeters.
But besides that I can imagine that for a surgeon it is way easier to do a surgery on a slimmer person rather than a fat person.

What about getting surgery at 22% bf and then slimming down to 10% bf post surgery, wouldnt that change the outcome a lil?

yes maybe i am not sure the thing is the overprojection wont matter because you will just get uglier at 18% bf anyway so its going to not make a difference for a few mm of overprojection
