Thinking of acutane but idk abt the side effects, want to clear my acne but ive heard rumors abt a bigger nose and messing with hormones. Is it worth? Also what are all the effects

Dont worry about the hormones, for the nose it does the opposite, since it causes collagen increase and more importantly inflammation decrease your sebaceous glands shrink so your nose tip gets smlller and less boulbous
