I thought that I had shitty forward growth/jawline but the whole time it was just my head posture
I will also explain how it indirectly affected my eyes as well
In photo 1 you can see that my jaw looks pretty bad. This is because my skull is slightly upturned and resting on top of my neck instead of being supported by my neck.
In photo 2 you can see that i am no longer resting my skull on top of my neck and that I have also fixed the upward angle of my skull, making my jaw look much more developed.
Now I will talk about how this affected my eyes. Since my skull was upturned, I needed to look downward in order to be looking forward. This caused negative canthal tilt and high upper eyelid exposure as you can see in photo 3
Constantly looking down made the muscle that makes your eyes look upward very weak which worsened it even more.
Since I now have fixed the posture of my head, I need to actually look straight in order to look straight if that makes sense. I am currently building my eye muscles back up in order to do this.
Tldr: Fixing your head posture can be crucial to making your jaw and eyes look better.
