use shampoo, just find a good one that’s not too harsh
i did no shampoo and put yolk in my hair, i was damn near balding, it was so bad i had to buzz it off
i’d also recommend using topical minoxidil

Shower and use what a few hours? Now i just put egg yolks in my hair, let it sit in for like 5 minutes, then i rinse it all off and use shampoo

i used to put it, leave it 5/10m, rinse it out with just water then shower a few hours later with shampoo
you can also order a hair supplement with b vitamins in it if you want, that could help
dut and minox are always king tho

Yes i have been using the same and my hair are gorgeous now, i usually do this once a week or once in 2 weeks

Thats a bad shampoo, u should not be using oil shampoo, buy something like Based, idk if that is legit just find a good shampoo + conditioner and styling products for your hair and ur set nigga

Its not that deep, find a good shampoo and conditioner that has not sulfates, its easy just do a research nigga im not helping further
