Ok so finally I have fucking potentially figured this out.
->I'm keeping this short and basic for attentionspancells but feel free to ask questions.
Inserted image cause TikTokcells have 0.5 second attention spans.
I've always thought 'Eggs are good cause found in nature, right?' (Goatis mental, JFL) ... well.... not necessarily.
Turns out that all the store bot eggs from factories and shit are giga processed cause the chickens are fed soy, dog shit diet, etc. and all of that goes to the fucking egg yolks!
The main thing here is the PUFAs and the omega 6 and omega 3 ratios.
Read below:
If you are getting acne and you think your diet is 'healthy', well.. this is undoubtably the reason that the eggs you eat are causing you acne (we are brokecells and get cheapest eggs).
Also, I've found a bunch of ppl on forums and shit saying that if they buy store bought eggs they break out with acne but then if they go and buy high quality eggs they are fine and skin is good. This further confirms my theory.
Moral of this thread: BY EGGS FROM A LOCAL FARM THAT DOESN'T FEED THE CHICENS SOY AND IS HIGH QUALITY.
Essentially, they are ruining our food supply and even nature's foods are becoming dog shit. Especially this 'Bird Flu' nonsense is gonna force vaccinate chickens and then they are going to make the best food fucking cancer for us.
Societypill once again (fuck the US)!

Read below:
The PUFA ratio depends on how the chickens were raised. Since most chickens are fed grains high in omega-6 PUFAs, eggs at your local supermarket will usually be much higher in omega-6 than in omega-3 PUFAs, whereas chickens that are pasture-fed or fed with a special omega-3 diet will have a more balanced PUFA ratio. - https://examine.com/articles/are-eggs-healthy/#:~:text=The PUFA ratio depends on,a more balanced PUFA ratio.

I found an interesting correltion with eggs and my skin. When I eat a lot of regular factory farm eggs from the grocery store, they make me break out. BUUUUUUUT when I go visit my grandfather up north who has free range, naturally fed chickens, the eggs there dont cause me any problems. - https://www.acne.org/forums/16-diet-holistic-health/173710-eggs-make-me-break-out
