I‘m low on money, can I just eat only eggs and raw milk and carbs on my 500mg/week testosterone cycle?

Or do I also need meat? Don‘t know if the egg protein is complete and ideal

I think meat have certaines amino acids not present in eggs, but I'm no expert.
Eggs only seems bad tbh, how many are you planning ?

Not expensive at all. That being said I’m not saying it’s a good idea.

OP your diet should be mainly red meat, eggs, butter, fish, raw cheese.

Get the fattiest ground beef you can (eveyone should be doing this anyway), it’s optimal (high fat diet is best for hormones) and is cheaper than lean meat. Eggs as you said are a must. Low on money you can add rice as a side dish, just make sure the meat and animal
products is the main thing you eat. Adding more butter to all you good will also allow you to get more calories in without you noticing or having to eat more food.

I know that you should eat meat and fat but if im low on money and cant afford meat are eggs good enough or should i try to at least get some meat as well?

Would be more cost effective for you to get fatty meat instead of a tone of eggs a day. Not steak, ground beef. Fatty ground beef is usually pretty cheap since most people buy lean.

Just steal from the supermarket bruh. Depends on the country u live in tho.

add 2 servings of what ever protein brand is on sale and thats like half your cals and 100-110g of protein for 4-5 aud

Eggs are literally more expensive, go and beg the butchers for fat trimmings then go and search the supermarkets for offers on meat
 
Just eat pigeons free and high protein

Can't even get raw milk :feelswhy: Food expensive af luckily my parents gladly pay for my lavish primal diet
ofc a dumb nigger who thinks raw milk is actually gonna do anything to benefit him is disgusted by the idea of consuming beans and lentils
