I don't know what those dots on the top are and those at the bottom are not circumcision scars as I never had a foreskin to begin with, I do not remember what exactly they did when I had reconstructive surgery when I was like 7.
but it appears they detached the head to pull the tendons and veins straight and I thought I had hypospadias for the longest time until I read my medical records by accident (I stopped reading after the second page and there's several more that I don't even want to know) it appears that's just where the hole ended up, my parents also never told me about it.
the small scars are also confusing and I don't know what they are.
also yes it's shaped like a cylinder.
