There is no way they would only move the lower jaw forward right?

They make the maxilla recessed right?

are you fixing overbite?

depends on how u use it
if u want to treat an overbite with it its bad
because you try to bring back the maxilla and the jaw forward so they will meet half way
ideally you should bring the mandible forward
without pulling back the maxilla

Yh this is exactly what I had done.

I tried to use class III elastics by myself in order to reverse the process but I saw no change.

Maybe I also need to adjust the braces somehow, knowledge that I actually don't know but I need because orthodontists refuse to fix my problem since according to them the bite is fine that way...

Many people will call me crazy but my checkbones literally disappeared, I noticed this right away lol.

I'm yet to PM you tbh, I'm kinda lazy jfl.

I have an overbite too ,and ,I ve posted a few radiographies of my skull and reconstruction CT s of my skull,
the question îs ,the guys here told me I have not maxila and mandible recessed ,only teeth misalignment,so I have undergone an orthodontic treatment for straightening the teeth I could become recessed?
And another question ,maxila îs a fix ,imobile bone comparing with mandible ,how can IT become recessed after orthodontic treatment?

You prolly didnt have cheekbones to begin with. Nessman and Barrett got extractions and their cheekbones are still god tier.
