Someone like him is 1 in a million. He's literally masthetic and looks good either way. Beard or no beard he doesn't go down any points in attractiveness.

But since he doesn't lose nor gain attractiveness, his beard does nothing for him except give him old women appeal. That's the point of being a good looking guy and not needing a beard. It all depends on if you look better clean shaven. In his case he wouldn't need it removed.

Someone like Bieber on the other hand, would need it removed.

No laser isn't truly permanent like electrolysis You would have to continue to get laser hair removal for the rest of your life. Plus it's probably more likely to cause skin conditions, especially having to do it forever.
