They're both attractive for different reasons. Elias is pretty hard to mog when hairmaxxed, though, in terms of overall strikingness.

No way Chico has better nose than Elias.
Elias also has better chin, chin to philtrum ratio, eye area, cheekbones.
Chico has better jaw, lips maybe
Coloring on the same level.
Chico has good coloring because of the dark hair. Elias has good coloring because of the green eyes.
