Different cities in Pennsylvania, NY, Massachusetts and Florida

No idea, British girls are just outright bitches with insane standards.

American girls are friendlier, more open to talk, approach you way more, sluttier, lower standards. They were treating me like a giga chad over there

You go to America and you realise how insecure and emotionally hysterical British girls really are. Particularly from London.

I think it's more to do with the fact they aren't as emotionally stable. Whether that ties into the constant shit miserable English weather I'll never know, but climate and social engineering definitely is at work.
