That's exactly my point.I have been to the silicon valley and women of color certainly aren't struggling in tech startup companies like the article from this graph claims infact they are given priority to fill the diversity quota. You can ask almost anyone who lives in bay area and they'll tell you half of the SDE roles go to immigrants. The whites in reality jews are prominent in managerial posts which this article is correct about but even in those positions there is a lot of diversity.
