Its like this in most management roles too these days. All Jews, curries and Asians in management, tech and finance roles while the local California natives are homeless and in mountains of debt

California even lost a delegation seat a few years back because of the local population decline and the state being filled with immigrants

A mix of both. Immigrants more likely to work overtime and higher output for little money but there is also merit based hiring because there many IT skills that americans lack and need to look for offshore
