Emergency. Broken jaw need help

Just fractured my jaw and the doc didn't made me understood what part was broken and how bad it was. He just told me to come back tomorrow for a 6 hours surgery.
Can someone tell me something about it?

mention too him that u want to be aesthetic tho tmr and ask if he can help with that
