It requires muscle activation to mobilize fat.
I was thinking about applying electrical muscule stimulation pads on my cheeks
Give it a try cant hurt

Yeah I'm trying this evening, will report results, although I'm pretty sure they'll be minimal

sounds interesting, youd need to do it for an extended period of time though before any results will be seen i assume

It's a temporary thing from what I've gathered, but effects are more visible in the long run.

I'm going to look up some information when I have some free time

sounds interesting? potential alternative to buccal fat pad removal?

I don't think it's a valid alternative, as effects of lipolysis seem to be temporary.

latisse has been shown to burn upper eye fat when used on lashes, i wonder if u could apply it to ur submental/buccal/malar pads and itd make you leaner?

I feel like there was not much of a difference, but it was also the first time doing it.
Will do it for like a week and I'll report if it seems to work

Note, the lighting was from in front of me, so it might have hidden slight changes in the definition of cheeks.
Next time I'll try to use another light
