Wtf What are you yaping about. I ain’t recommend anything, AI is better than DIM during puberty. Decreasing DHT is dumb imo. AI should be used responsibly based on blood work to keep e2 at round about 20. If you can’t afford bloodwork don’t use drugs and roids.


DHT might or might not be overrated everyone should build their own opinion based on their own research.
