Estrogen plays a role in GH pulses and you’ve crushed it and now you plan to take Enclomiphene which further decreases IGF-1,Mk677 might be the next best copefuel to use man idk I would say GH but you mentioned you cannot pin so MK is looking like your best option at the moment

There is no “oral test” what you might be thinking of is M1T which stands for methy-1 test not even remotely close to real testosterone even though it may seem so,my best advice is stick to what you’re currently doing but add high dosage MK677 and if you really want you can get topical testosterone gel

Yeah topical it isn’t spoken about much because you can’t “blast” it but you can definitely use it to a point above trt I will show you mine,you can get it maybe Indiamart or something idk I get mine from pharmacy with prescription
