Before we start you must understand the Basics -

Hypothalamus : This is a small region in your brain, it receives feedback of your hormone levels, mainly being estrogen, it checks what you need for optimal levels and sends that signal. So its bassicly the main factor, it creates the signal to produce hormones.
Pituitary Gland : A very smoll gland right below ur Hypo, this is the gland that receives the signals ''GnRH'', here LH & FSH is produced
GnRH : This is the ''signal'' that is send from your Hypo -> Pituitary Gland. It's bassicly just the signal that tells ur gland to start producing some LH&FSH (Fuck yeah)

LH : This is sent from your Pituitary -> Ballz. This hormones is going to tell your ballsack to start producing some juicy test so you can become jacked AS SHIT
FSH : This is sent from your Pituitary -> Ballz. This is the main driver of sperm production, so also pretty important + supports test lvl's


The negative feedback loop -
This is the term for how your body naturally produces hormones

High test -> Aromatisation into Estrogen -> This Estrogen gets signalled to ur hypo.
Your hypo takes the feedback and with this feedback he will make new signals.
''We have estrogen brotato, Slowdown on GnRH,LH,FSH''
So your body will just use feedback and update your body every 1-2 hours so you stay at relativly optimal hormone levels.


What Enclo does in this process -
Enclo is a SERM = Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator
For enclo this bassicly mean that it binds to specific recepters in the hypothalamus, blocking real estrogen here specifily.
Causing ur feedback signal to go from good Estrogen -> pretty low Estrogen, without ur Estrogen ACTUALLY being low.
Since this drug mainly targets the part in ur brain where ur feedback region is actively working.

What this does -

Your body creates signals far strongers, because it thinks your body has low levels of Estrogen.
The stronger signals -> stronger and more LH&FSH -> More Testostrone


Why many people use it as a PCT after a cycle

It is so good because you will be using testostone most likely or some form of it to get the aromatisation into estrogen.
They use enclo post cycle because there levels will be extremely bad, low estrogen, low test, low androgens. Your body will adjust normally by itself bc of the ''negative feedback loop'' but doing this without drugs takes FAR longer in comparison to adding something like a Enclomiphene
The stronger and more LH&FSH is especially ideal since when u were on the cycle this was basscily at 0 because your body got feedback that u didn't have to produce it yourself anymore. BECAUSE YOU WERE SHUT DOWN.


Common PCT Protocol-
This is ofcourse user, bloodwork, cycle and lifestyle depening.

But for most people using it for about 1 month is ideal to get back natural levels, if not higher. It is just a extra safety net and it will bring back your natural hormones levels back to ideal far quicker after supression from (steroids/sarms)
Doses often vary between 12.5-25mg/day as a PCT

Best PCT is never starting, but yes i would personally say enclo is the best one i have stumbled apon. But to be fair im not really a roidcell, i just take test and will add primo. But U will be fine if u just take enclo, as long as u didnt blast'n cruise for YEARS at mega doses

A roidcell mate of mine just texted me, about my small miswriting that i didnt notice. To be specif, I said. About the negative feedback loop that it happens every 1-2 hours, with this i meant the Pulses (GnRH), not the feedback. The pulses gets sent every 1-2 hours

Very interesting study, but I don’t fully believe it, it boils down to the fact that using PCT is not benificial over just dry turkey. And it moves the needle by only like 1/2 weeks quicker.

But this is just 1 study, and so many more other studies prove that it DOES help.

It can be used instead of trt in some cases - So when u got low test symptoms u can just use Enclo daily standalone.

Or u can use it just as a test booster when ur already healthy levels

Yeah if you want that. But it increases testosterone so it will also increase DHT/estrogen, just so you are aware

Very low dose AI, if needed, do bloodwork pre Enclo, morning x hours after waking up. Than after 2 weeks of using enclo do testing ur Estrogen Only. Than do it same time after waking up, make sure sleep ect is good in both testing so it’s most accurate. Then dose ur AI depeningdly, if its pre Enclo already higher end I suggest u start immidatly with an AI

If its normal range you can’t know it. For DHT just use finastride for 6 months, if you experience 0 sides go over to DUTASTRIDE ASAP
