Encryption and privacy might be why Telegram CEO got arrested

If they had access to the database they could have moderated the illegal stuff and shut those down

They probably even do, but they can't admit to it because at the same time telegram has to keep their image of being privacy first; however if this is not the case and they truly didn't have any control, that might be why they were arrested

I'm against the arrest for that reason and I believe privacy should be respected, however, that privacy and being unaware of what bombs are being planted in your house, might be the reason everything blew up
