Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahaha, most surgeries are healthmax if you do them right. But yea bimax only moves the maxilla slightly forward. But a good maxilla is high mass, often not so forward grown even

What other ones are health based? All I know is that expanders, bimax, are healthy (Also kind of Supras as it’s built in sunglasses

I mean most of them except implants i guess, rhino helps breathing aswell. Fat graft helps skin and collagen. Cantho and lower eyelid retraction helps dry eyes and function relates to it. Upper bleph helps people to see better when it comes down with age. Face lifts helps collagen etc aswell. I mean most of all surgeries are made because of health except implants but they can support diffrent strctures like the orbital septum sagg with age if we talk well designed infras. Jaw angles can help with clenching.
