i had the worst under eye darkness for like a year come to find out it’s cuz of energy drinks, the high sugar content and gland stress fucks ur under eye, on top of that it fucks ur sleep rhythm just never get addicted to them how i did

nah cuz they’ve returned to normal now that i stopped drinking them i look completely supported under my eye

The less sugar you eat the less youll crave it eventually, more protein and stay active sometimes when you crave goyslop you just want the dopamine from it or youre thirsty
