Lately my energy levels has been very low, I would say for at least the last two months, I don’t have any energy to study or train and my life is starting to get pretty fucked since all I do is sleep. What can I do about this?

I had your same issue, sleeping all the time, shit energy etc.

Doctor suggested depression and was eventually prescribed meds, which I opted not to take. I eventually fixed this by "getting my shit together".

You may have depression, I don't know, but it may be beneficial to evaluate all aspects of your life at the moment.

Are you eating well, are you in good shape (gymmaxxing?), etc. and go from there.

You need a sleep schedule, force yourself to wake up at the same time every morning and sleep at the same time every night otherwise you won't figure this out.

I was really fit, but since I got into this phase I have gained a lot, I’m at 16% bf right now and I was around 10 before my phase.
I sleep and wake up at the same time in the week but on the weekends I maybe sleep at 5 am

I suffered from this shit my entire life. Got all sorts of bloodwork, sleep studies etc. and all are fine.

Only two things have helped me:

First one is cutting out gluten, dairy and sugar so that your digestive system recovers and you have no inflammation in your body. This had a host of other benefits on me as well but Ian gonna share in this post. I also eat only 2 large meals and don't eat anything after 6pm the latest. You don't fire at all cylinders and get slow after eating. But don't be goofy and do Auschwitzmaxxxing with water-fasting either. What I say is a good point to be in.

Second one: Modafinil. Armodafinil to be precise. Fixing diet already makes me wake-up quite a bit more energized but to go full nuclear, I pop 75mg of that good shit with a lot of water after my breakfast. Important to drink A LOT of water with it otherwise it will have the opposite effect and drain your water, you'll then feel tired.

For the gym, goofies will say gym gives you energy. That's not entirely true. If you train for strength in weightlifting and HIIT in cardio, you will feel MUCH WORSE and DRAINED after your workouts and depending on the intensity, even the next day can be dreadful.

So, always work in the hypertrophy range, only take the last set to failure. Believe me, most of the goofies who say gym energizes them even though they "allegedly" had a monstrous workouts have no clue about true failure and (inadvertently) stay away from it.

Do not sleep too much, it also causes sleep inertia. 8 hrs is plenty. You can pop 1mg (research found 0.3mg is the most effective for average ppl, so no need to go overboard like cats popping 10mg WTF). I pop it anyways because it's difficult to sleep with Modafinil in my system.

Maybe I have inflammation in my body, I’ve started getting flat red spots and redness around them. But I don’t reckon I eat that much gluten, dairy or sugar. One thing I do do tho is take snus, which is nicotine pouches, but I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or not.

Forgot to mention as well but I also quitted smoking (pack/day) 5 months ago so maybe it helped me as well.

I don't know how pouches would be affecting you.

One thing I noticed was that when I was smoking it was causing foggy brain, probably because my fried-ass dopamine receptors was not able to handle all the hits from smoking.

It was only after I got on some dopaminergic drug like Wellbutrin (and now Modafinil) that those effects disappeared.

Maybe it does, since snus contains nicotine and tobac ass well as cigarettes. Now when I think about it I did some a cigarette today with a friend tho but I’m not a regular smoker. Maybe I have something wrong with my dopamine

stop taking caffeine, thus your adenosine receptors will lessen which will cause less suppression off the CNS equals less being tired
 
From what I've read there's so many problems at hand. But that's how the masses are living I guess. Most ppl are unhealthy and miserable
